We wanted to wish both our moms a happy Mothers Day with this video of Parker. Many of you don't know this but Parker has a physical therapist coming from early intervention to help with his gross motor. He is 11 months today and still has difficulty with crawling and other gross motor skills, he is crawling a little in this video. Now I have to brag a little too. Even though Parker is struggling with gross motor when he was evaluated he scored high in all other areas of his development, the highest was in receptive language at the 85%. (I just wanted to share the positive as well.) Happy Mothers Day to all you wonderful ladies out there who make a difference!!!
Easter Festivities
-
Hunting for easter eggs was such a fun activity for the kids this year.
Brinley was very judicious about the eggs she would collect....

Don't worry! Zeke was the opposite. His language lagged so that he was at a 12 month level when he was 2! Once he figured it out though, his learning curve went crazy. I'm sure he'll start moving when he wants to and will stun you with how fast he learns.
If it makes you feel better, Kate isn't crawling yet either. She hates her tummy. We are trying to do better at putting her on her belly even though she screams. Oh well! I'm just grateful that I have a child that is almost a year old and is still immobile!! :) Cherish the days—as when they start going, you’ll wish you never taught him how to go! :)
